About people and fish down in Sandviken - a humorous walking theatre about when the northerners brought dried fish to Bergen in the 1890s.
About the performance:
Once again, the old sea sheds are filled with fish and the conversation becomes both rude and free when a theater performance is made at the Norwegian Fisheries Museum in Sandviken. Now you have the opportunity to travel back in time and experience living sea stalls and bustling life in the harbour.
In collaboration with the Norwegian Fisheries Museum, K:13 has produced the play ‹‹Tørrfisk og tresko››, which is about the dried fish and herring trade in Sandviken Bay. The performance is set up as a walking theater where the museum is used as a backdrop, both inside and outside.
